Potentilla 'Scarlet Dreams' is a hardy, clump-forming perennial known for its vibrant scarlet-red, double flowers that bloom continuously from early summer through to late summer. The flowers are borne above a compact mound of deep green, serrated, strawberry-like foliage, providing striking contrast and a long-lasting display of colour.
