Hosta 'Georgia Sweetheart' - 2026

Hosta ‘Georgia Sweetheart’ is a striking medium-sized perennial notable for its bold variegated foliage and reliable garden performance. The leaves emerge in spring with vibrant yellow-orange centres that gradually fade through pale yellow to creamy tones by mid or late summer, encircled by a wide, dark green margin that stays more consistent. The heart-shaped leaves are slightly wavy and have good vigour, forming a wide mound of foliage that offers substantial visual impact in shady borders, woodland settings or containers. Its foliage colour contrast makes it excellent for brightening up shade.

In summer, ‘Georgia Sweetheart’ sends up scapes bearing lavender-purple, bell or funnel-shaped flowers that stand above the foliage.
