Allium fistulosum Bulb

Allium fistulosum, commonly known as Welsh Onion, Japanese Bunching Onion, or Spring Onion, is a hardy, clump-forming perennial prized for its mild, sweet onion flavor and versatility in the kitchen. Unlike the common onion (*Allium cepa*), it does not form large bulbs but instead produces clusters of hollow, tubular green leaves and elongated white stems.
