Cancelling
You can cancel within 14 days for a full refund as long as you haven't started the course. Once you start it, you lose the right to cancel. The first time you open the course, we'll ask you to tick a box to confirm you want to start. This doesn't affect your legal rights if a course is faulty or not as described.
You can start straight away. As soon as your payment goes through, the course is added to your account.

Our courses are written by the team at Lincs Plants, a working pond plant nursery in Lincolnshire. Everything in them comes from what we do on the nursery every day: growing, propagating and planting pond plants.
Each course is made up of short lessons with diagrams, plant profiles and quick checks as you go. When you're ready, take the test at the end. Pass with 80% or more and you'll get a numbered certificate that anyone can check on our website.
