Bucephalandra Brownie Phoenix is a small to medium-sized rhizomatous plant characterized by its dark green leaves with red highlights. It has a slow growth rate and can thrive in low to moderate lighting conditions. While it doesn't require CO2 supplementation, it can benefit from it. This plant prefers soft to moderately hard water with a slightly acidic to neutral pH. Propagation is achieved through division of the rhizome. It is suitable for foreground to midground placement in an aquarium. Maintenance is low, requiring only occasional trimming.

Plants are incubated in a solution of 0.01% of the insecticide Buprafezin for one hour (Please do not just drop these in a shrimp tank or with any other crustacean. To use these within a tank please wash in water with baking soda under light.
