Hosta 'White Feather' - 2026

Hosta 'White Feather' is a delicate and striking miniature perennial valued for its almost pure ivory-white foliage in early spring, which gradually develops green streaks along the veins as the season advances. The leaves are pointed with wavy edges and have a matte surface above and a glossier underside, creating interesting texture contrasts. In mid to late summer it produces spikes of lavender-purple flowers that rise above the foliage, adding soft floral interest without overwhelming its subtle, elegant form.

Because of its light foliage, this cultivar requires careful siting—too much sun may burn the leaves, too much shade may reduce the purity of the white.
