Nymphaea ‘Albatross’ is a hardy white waterlily with fragrant semi-double blooms and golden centers. Young leaves emerge reddish-purple, maturing to olive green with red undersides. It flowers freely from June to September, spreads about 60–90 cm, and grows best in 30–60 cm of water in full sun. Ideal for medium to large ponds, it’s less invasive than similar varieties, reliable in bloom, and provides year-round ornamental interest as well as benefits for wildlife.
