A hardy waterlily with striking magenta-pink, star-shaped blooms 15–20 cm across, often with a glowing yellow center. Flowers are fragrant, free-flowering, and produced from June to September, standing slightly above the water surface. Leaves are green, up to 25–30 cm wide, with a spread of 1.2–1.5 m. Best in 40–80 cm of water and full sun, it is a bold, showy variety ideal for medium to large ponds.
