It prefers soft to moderately hard water, with a pH range of 6-7.5 and a temperature between 22-28°C (72-82°F). The distinctive feature of this plant is its golden-yellow fronds. It is adaptable and can be used in various tank setups. It's important not to bury the rhizome; instead, it should be attached to surfaces or driftwood.

Plants are incubated in a solution of 0.01% of the insecticide Buprafezin for one hour (Please do not just drop these in a shrimp tank or with any other crustacean. To use these within a tank please wash in water with baking soda under light.
