A hardy, changeable waterlily with blooms that open yellow, deepen to orange, and finally turn rich red over three days. Flowers are cup-shaped, about 12–15 cm across, and produced freely from June to September, often held just above the water. Leaves are green with brown mottling, up to 20–25 cm wide, forming a spread of 1–1.2 m. Thrives in 30–60 cm of water and full sun, making it a colourful and dynamic choice for medium-sized ponds.
